Dinner at the Golden Hall

It was a lovely treat to get to dine at the Golden Hall in Stockholm like a Nobel Banquet, among 500 professors and new PhDs and their partners. The banquet was grand, golden, and exceptionally well serviced.

 

 

 

Wish we could have stayed until morning till we dropped...

 

 

 

The new Whitney Museum

 

The new Whitney Museum opened in the Meatpacking disrict. It was a nice way to end my work travel to NYC! 

I always wonder if such paintings as below are meant to show depression or something else.

Lovely Bryant Park in the morning

I just had breakfast with my grad school friend Sheila at Andaz Hotel on 46th and 5th Ave. It was a lovely place with a very nice ambience. On the way back, I stopped by my favorite park.
