I went to the bird garden in Kowloon this weekend. I got off one station too early and had to walk through this market (market from hell!) which was utter chaos. But once there, it was very peaceful. Many bird lovers were bringing their pet birds to show off.
It was nice to just sit there and hear them chirp.
It's shocking but very HK that there are vendors who sell quail eggs right next to the bird garden.
