This week was a Hong Kong dessert parade (my personal one, not a formal one). I felt like I went to a dessert place every other day. My favorite was Cong Sao (聰嫂私房甜品) behind Times Square on the ground floor of Holiday Inn Express in Causeway Bay. It's always a long line but the waiting time was not so long. Try this tofu thing... it's so weird and so good!
