The perfect burger


It's been difficult to find a really, really good burger place in Frankfurt, so we made our own. After having eaten quite a few nice burgers, I think it is easier to come up with what adds to the rich taste. Other than bacon, which would have been a definite plus, we added most of the ingredients such as chanterelle mushrooms, fried egg, and melted cheese on top of a nice fat paddy. If you can try to bake your own bread, even better! Mmmmmm...
